Emmanuel Home offers residents a wide array of amenities and services to help enrich life, all under the umbrella of Christian service and goodwill.
Numerous pastors in our greater Reformed Christian community graciously provide their services to Emmanuel Home's Wednesday Morning Devotions. Our neighbour, Trinity Christian Reformed Church, provides spiritual support and service to our residents through its seniors' minister, Rev. Russ Graff.
Fun and games are ever-present at Emmanuel Home. Residents can enjoy free time on our fitness equipment or get involved in the in-house Keep Fit program. Shuffleboard and billiards are always ready for active seniors, and various games are featured every week on Games Night. Our extensive recreation program offers something for everyone!
In the summer, residents can take time to smell the courtyard flowers, and relax on our park benches or under the gazebo. There's a gardening area too and many residents plants their favourites: green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, peas -- you name it!
Our library offers an excellent selection of books to enjoy, and the room is a peaceful area to relax and reflect.
We provide professional hair care every Tuesday and Friday, and various professional services - such as Foot Clinics, Hearing Aid Clinics, and Hand Therapy - schedule visits at various times each month.
Each Thursday, the Christian Credit Union provides banking services at Emmanuel Home for member residents.
